2 Timothy 2:8-10

Remember Jesus

Remembering Jesus affects everything.

Paul taught Timothy to remember Jesus in three ways.

• Jesus has risen from the grave.
• Jesus was a descendent of David, the prophesied One.
• Jesus is the one whom we must preach.

Remember Jesus Christ, He is worthy of our lives.

Remember People

• The only way a person can be made complete is through Jesus.
• The power of God is the way of salvation to any who would believe.

Remember your business: to be about the Father’s business.

Remember Jesus. Remember people.

Two Questions:

1. Did you come into this room discouraged and disheartened?
2. – Remember Jesus Christ.
3. – Find someone and ask them to pray for, encourage and sustain you.
4. Have you become complacent in your leadership? Do you have a zeal within you to lead your church to be constantly on mission with God?
